COFFEE is an acronym for Central Oregon Family and Friends of Ethiopian Ethnicity. We are a group of families who have expanded their families by adoption from Ethiopia.  Adopted and biological kids welcomed.

A local family is interested in starting a group for families with children from Europe.  So far, on our list we have five families with children from Ukraine, Russia, and Romania.
